We have four different classes based on your child’s age and unlike many other schools, we do not require your child to be potty trained to attend. Click here to review our classes.
To Register:
STEP 1
You will need to complete our Registration Form.
Complete an online registration form. Click on the Start Registration link below to complete an online registration form and submit it.
Print a hard copy registration form here for your records.
STEP 2
We require signatures for the Immunization Status or Exemption and Parent Education Application. Please print the following:
- Certificate of Immunization Status
- Certificate of Immunization Exemption
- Parent Education Application
STEP 3
* Please bring the immunization and parent education forms to preschool or mail them to Shoreline Cooperative Preschool at 816 N. 190th Street, Shoreline, 98155 (during the school year) or to 13549 Northshire Rd NW, Seattle, 98177 (during the summer) along with $45 ($55 for two children) non-refundable registration check written to Shoreline Cooperative Preschool.
* When we receive your completed online registration and your mailed-in immunization form, parent education form and registration fee you will be notified by our Registrar that your spot has been confirmed. We need a complete packet to ensure your registration at our preschool.
